Recently our next door neighbors had one of their very large Ficus trees trimmed. The neighbors first discussed with us that some part of our property may be accessed and affected due to the proximity. We were fine with that. Then, Vargas Tree Services spoke directly with us. Gilbert and the tree crew were all very polite, professional and treated our property very well even though we were not officially their customer. They protected the fence and cleaned up everything. And, from what we can see, they did a very good job on the tree trimming.
