Extremely professional technicians. They have one of the highest first time fix rates and some of the most knowledgeable employees I’ve seen in the industry. They’ve fixed everything from fryers to combi ovens to walk in coolers. They’re the ASA (Authorized Service Agent) for many commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers. Would highly recommend using their service if you own a commercial kitchen anywhere in California.

I have used this vendor on a couple of occasions for commercial appliance repairs. The service technicians in the field are fine, but the billing department is a living nightmare. My credit card was charged repeatedly for charges that did not apply to my account, and getting the charges clarified, or removed, has been impossible. Unless you are paying with cash or check, I recommend avoiding them completely.Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair
