This place needs some healthy competition!! Horrible customer service. It took them 2 months to print out high school graduation pics that was way over priced!! The worst part is I had to call several times to get the status! Too bad that the customers don't have a choice.

I ordered picture from here over a month ago for a Christmas gift and they never mailed them. I called multiple times and left messages, no one called me back. I finally got a hold of someone and they said they would be mailed that week which was not true. I still have not received them. No one answer their phone and this is the last day they will be open until Jan.

Not only are they overpriced, but when they gave me a deadline to choose between 6 pictures for my child's senior photo or else they'd pick one for us. We picked one week before the deadline, but they had already selected one for us. We called them and argued for 30 minutes but they wouldn't change it. Basically we just paid way too much money just to not get the picture we wanted for a SENIOR yearbook photo.
