Good customer service, we got the appointment at 5:45, checked in at 5:40 and the session completed at 06:20. It was quick though with very little wait time. We are excited and fingers crossed to see the pictures. I'll update the post once we receive those in the mail and online.

This place has a contract with a high schools for yearbooks. They know how to mass produce but the quality is not that great. They also have flyers the same one thing but actually you show up and they say no. I saw a woman asking about taking pictures with the dogs and she was told no, but the flyer clearly says that you can take pictures with the dog and whatnot. They provide coats, shirts, and ties so that's nice for people who don't have it. The first thing they try and do is upsell you. At first I thought the lady was kind of mean. Because most of my friends had a different experience. My first impression of her was wrong, as we a got along in the conversaron I got to know her more, she even explained to my mom in Spanish how everything worked and helped us understand everything. The photographer lady was so kind, so nice she even helped me fix my hair and was guiding me so that I looked my best for the photos. She was patient and cool.
