Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a leak in my upstairs shower. Efrain can out and accessed the leak and in minutes he an estimate. He provided a guided explanation of the work to be done and was extremely helpful with our questions and his patience was outstanding. He finished the work in less then the time quoted including parts. He also kept his work area cleaned and beyond what we expected. He also walked through his work as he went step by step and concluded as he finished. We appreciate him and the excellent service he provided.

I had to replace my shower handle and tub spout... So I went to buy a kit at home Depot. He told me he'd have to knock down the walls to get the new valves inside for the shower head, tub spout and handle..... Not what I thought I'd need to do. I had replaced what was necessary. He was up front and honest, and professional as well. All went great! Also the bathroom sink only had water coming out of one knob.... He fixed that as well. Great work Efrain.
