My initial experience with this company wasn’t great, as the first crew did not complete the work to my expectations. However, the owner personally contacted me to address the situation. He sent a new team at no additional cost, and they corrected the issues thoroughly. A post-job drone inspection confirmed that all roof tiles are intact and properly secured. While the start was rocky, the owner showed professionalism and stood behind his company’s work. This companies roofing representative Oscar did an excellent job and repairing are much needed broken tiles on the roof. Not only was he efficient, but he was also very courteous and kind during his visit. Oscar is the kind of guy that takes extra time to make the client feel everything has been done correctly.. I would recommend this company business.

Thank you RoofRx for coming thru in a stressful time. I want to thank Juan and team for doing an amazing job on my roof. I too got that dreadful letter from my homeowner insurance to be cancelled. On this date they are lifting that cancellation.
