One of there technicians mentioned that they don't specialize in air conditioning. Didn't fix anything.
Called this company to come out and fix our Ice Machine, not only did we pay for the service, but they charged us an extra service 2 days later, and again 5 days later. Stating they needed to clean our Ice machine, very strange how I asked for an explanation of the triple service calls and why the extra cost? No one could explain why. Also, our ice machine that was so called cleaned was fifthly!!!!Lastly, instead of explaining the calls/service since we needed new parts that would of been more business for Ramco, management said I will write off the bill of $470.00 and go find someone else to do the work for you.
