Roger was very personable and professional with what seems like a sincere attitude of helpfulness. I didn't mention closing the gate, but he took it upon himself to do so. The service was completed promptly and unsupervised, but shown on our Ring cameras as being done as we requested. I would venture a guess that Roger must make you proud to have such quality striving personnel. Over the past few years (07/2021) of service.... your overall service has been exceptional and I often post your company and number on our community blog and the Ring app. Thank you for the truly exceptional "Customer Service".

Jesus was on time to the minute!! He’s was polite and very knowledgeable He made sure I understood everything and took his time to show me problem areas… He was neat clean and very professional… I give him a 5 stars ⭐️

I called around to compare prices, Preventative Pest Control was by far the most reasonable in Orange County. I complained about the ant infestation in and around our house. They were so sympathetic they arranged for an appointment for the following day. Roger, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He got rid of the cobwebs in the backyard and thoroughly sprayed in and around the house. He politely answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and assured me that they will be on top of it from here on.
