Ricky really helped me out, one of their techs hit my car and Ricky was still on site. They left a number and he was really good about putting me in contact with the right people to get it taken care of

We have had Albert as our service technician for several years. He is very knowledgeable, professional and takes care of business. He is also friendly and answers any questions we have. It is always a pleasure to have Albert as our service technician.

It was a wonderful experience with Alejandro. He came out for the heater safety check. As he was working we discussed life span of the unit, the availability of parts if needed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. As it turned out, there was a component that was drawing current out of specifications that needed to be replaced. I had inquired if he’s was able to get the same part from the manufacturer. Alejandro made the call and learned there was one part left. This is when I found out American Standard furnaces were made by Trane. He left to pick up the part from the manufacturer and promptly installed the part.
