I loved this office and Dr. Aldana. Getting your very first appointment can take some time, but once you’re in the system all follow ups were easy and timely. Thank you to the staff at this office!
This winter I experienced an extremely painful knee injury while on the slopes. I had the hardest time trying to find an urgent care that was either in network, that accepted my insurance, that had availability, or with decent reviews. My insurance company suggested that I go here, which was close to my place of residence... But I was a little concerned about to see a lack of reviews. In any event, I needed to see somebody and kept the appointment. I was really glad I did. When I arrived to the office I do have to say that the little neighborhood did not look like the nicest (as far as in the shopping venue), but the clinic itself is easy to find. The waiting room was clean and looked really new, the staff was really nice and patient, they saw me right away, and I was very impressed with the level of care that I received. I was referred to physical therapy quickly and was told that if my knee doesn't get any better call them and they'll be happy to see me again for future evaluation/next steps (MRI). I hoped that if somebody might be in my shoes looking for a place maybe they would consider this place because I took a risk and am on the mend. I used to go to the location off Magnolia Street and for whatever reason that place is no longer my primary care physician but it's OK, I'm OK with this place off Euclid. They even had record of my previous prescriptions and were able to refill my regular medication without issue so, for anybody who might be a little apprehensive: I was too, but I'm glad I gave this place a shot and maybe you will as well.
