I recently had technician Steve come and check my furnace that wasn’t turning on at all he came in and was very respectful and knowledgeable and also appreciated that he put on his booties without me asking if he had any he figured out it was just a bad transformer he showed me the problem when I had two other HVAC companies come and check my furnace one tech said I need a replacement second tech said I needed a new control board and Steve fixed the problem so happy and now ready for the winter.
