Jack had a good idea of what type of wood flooring I had at home from just one photo. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His service quality was excellent and had so many wood options to choose from.
Great experience with OC Hardwood's Jack and install team. Highly recommend! Install team's attention to detail was impressive. Our painter complemented them on the install of baseboards. Said he's rarely seen it done so well, he doesn't have to fix any issues. Thank you Jack!!
Jack and his team were very patient with me. They helped me understand every aspect of the vinyl flooring installation project. They were also very accommodating and managed to finish the project on time despite the fact that I had to change the schedule multiple times due to other contractors running late.
