But the professionalism from Dr. Hakimian and team was professional and had patience to explain every step of the way of the NCV and EMG Nerve Conduction Test. Assistant Josephine took her time with me and she's been working there 26 years is amazing helping patients and most of all having a listening ear. I'm presently a Type 2 Diabetic but this pain in my wrist, hands, knees, shoulders, neck and most of all my Spine Sciatic started in 2013 after a work place injury. I continued to make it worse over the years by working through the pain. But this pain has caused me to retire in 2021 I've only been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes 2 years ago in 2022. I've went from a 10.9 A1C to a 6.3 A1C today so it's getting much better. Dr. Tina Hakimian conducted the second phase of my test. She's very knowledgeable and patient and being beautiful helps too! but she did the EMG part of the test so quickly and very smooth. I guess many of us that read about doing the Nerve Conduction Test could be painful. By worrying leads to anxiety and more tensing up doesn't help at all. We tend to over think it. Considering my Sciatic Pain has been a 9 on the pain scale of 10 and all the other pain I've been going through this temporary uncomfortable test doesn't come to the pain level that I've been in in the last 3 years with my degenerative disc and other body's parts. I'm very glad I was referred to get get my Nerve Conduction Test with Dr. Hakimian!!! Thank you!!!“
