Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service, actually it doesn’t even exist in this company. Insulted my husband and saying he had no common sense and that he was the worst customer ever. I called to complain to him about the way he treated my husband and after hearing HIM rant, and I started telling him about his horrible customer service he proceeded to tell me that he had nothing to talk to me about and he hung up on me. Wish we would have gone elsewhere. Total unprofessional and I have honestly never met such a rude person in my life…. And I am being nice about this post. AVOID this roofing company!!!!Service: Roof installation
