I used this company because it was recommended by my apartments and I do not regret it at all. Everyone was so nice and my carpet looks brand new. Robert helped me switch appointments and was very helpful over the phone. The prices are very reasonable I paid 120 not including tip and I got my whole place done including the stairs. It did not take long and if a stain is stubborn the person cleaning them will take their time and make sure it's out. Very honest and trustworthy people.

This letter is to just express my great appreciation for the outstanding work done by Langenwalter. Their customer service was absolutely fantastic. The person cleaning my carpets, Efren was very personable and competent at his craft and the carpets were looking brand new after he was finished. He was very was respectful, considerate, and always giving me the greatest amount of accommodation and attention to detail throughout his time at my home. This kind of outstanding customer service is very difficult to find. It's something that I greatly appreciate and I wanted to make sure Yelp was aware of as well as future customers at Langenwalter. The quality of work was outstanding. would unquestionably recommend them to anyone else.

I had about 30 spots where my carpet had discolored thanks to my lovely dogs. Langenwalter did a great job of dyeing the spots so that now you can't even see them. The treatment is not cheap but it certainly saved me thousands of dollars in carpet replacement costs. I will be calling them again if the need arises!
