The people at the orange county location are Hella cool and very helpful they did there best to make sure I was happy with my order after I found out part of it wasn't in stock

I ordered from this company and as much as they carry good product i disagree with their customer service my items came in the mail open and spilled inside of packaging when i reached out no one contacted back till i contacted ups to return the damaged items threw them then when they reached out they proceeded to take their swert time sending a replacement dont get me wrong i understand bussiness is bussiness but if you messed up you should have at least been nice and over nighted the shipment seeing as i had already waited 2 weeks for them

All the 1star reviews are about them not selling to non shop owners/workers/professionals. It tells you on their website for professional only. Tattooing from home for “5yrs” don’t make you a professional. Also if you’re an apprentice, ask your mentor to buy what you need when you’re ready. Don’t go behind his/her back trying to buy professional equipment knowing you’re not ready for it.
