Had my main line snaked but still had roots. I called out Jet 4 les and Gordon blasted away all the pesky roots causing back ups! Thank you!

Should not even get one star. Gordon showed up to appointment and began trying to clear our drain. I had to leave and he took 375.00 and left snd said he would return with the proper nozzle that was not on his truck the very next day. He never returned and dodged all my calls and texts for over a month. He is currently working as I have had other people speak with him that he gets back too! So a complete crook and liar! I trusted he would return with the part! To not return my calls and texts and finish the job after cashing our check is criminal. I will be pursuing this further

Gordon originally pipe-burst a new 4" hdpe sewer line from my 5 unit apartment building to the city main 5 years ago. He came out recently to honor his guarantee and reinspected my 4" line that I thought was the problem. After running his camera under my building he discovered that the root blockage problem was with my 60 year old plumbing...his work of 5 years ago was good. Gordon hydro jetted the roots out of the old pipe: I am very satisfied with his work. He is an honorable man...a man of his word.
