To the business owner who replied to my review...(funny cuzz their so called closed now) ....hes a liar ....he never offered me a refund! Wow! Dont believe this guy...he is a complete liar...

What a disgusting company they are. We contracted and paid for an inswing iron door. When delivered to us, the door was an outswing and had no attachments per their approved product approval. When questioned, They said that inswing doors were not allowed in our municipality. That is a disgusting lie. When we asked why there was no attachments that matched their product approval, their response was that people were complaining about the way the door was attached, so they went from welded tabs on the frame, lagged into the buck, to 10- 1/4" tapcons. This is less than we install regular 36"x80" fiberglass exterior doors with. When I spoke to the engineer who was to provide a sign and sealed approval, he disagreed with the attachment. A week later, he signed off on it. We requested a refund of about 15% to accommodate the changes that we had to do and for the customer accepting their wrong product and lies. Their disgusting actions of stating they submitted to the owners for approval, and never giving a final response. When you repeatedly call for answers and talk to people, Alexx, who were copied in the email exchanges claims to have no knowledge of the situation, exhibiting frustration causes the empty chair to claim she is the victim. Not once did anyone apologize for this blatant mistake. basically, you take what ever we give you regardless of the contract. Other customers of ours would have been in court suing for non conforming goods. This customer just wants their home complete. As disappointed they are with their entry now, they figured it was best to move on. This company can only be described as disgusting. Worst management team and office personnel we ever dealt with. All will hear this story.
