The patience Master Lee has with the little kids is remarkable. He takes time to make sure everyone in the class is learning and making progress. My kids are on the younger end and I can see how much progress they have made in a short amount of time. I definitely would recommend to anyone, regardless of age!

Awesome place to train or workout at. The kickboxing classes are my favorite because of the integration of learning technique and application of exercises throughout the class, I'd recommend trying the evening class. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are fun; the bjj classes give a great workout, teach technique, and the techniques learned can be applied in self-defense.The owner is a great guy, and the manager behind the desk is awesome and helpful.

Night kickboxing classes are more for fitness, less technique... read full review
