After working with a few HVAC companies, Haven Air conditioning is now my family's go-to. We started to work with Haven due to dryer duct work, but ended up hiring them as our HVAC company due to Sean's honest and kind demeanor. While working with Sean on multiple occasions, I felt as though he was trying to educate me on the work he was doing while being completely honest/open and not acting as a shady Used Cars Salesman, which I experienced with other HVAC companies in Orange and Anaheim. Received maintenance on my heating and AC system from Jake at Haven. Not only was he professional and courteous, but he took the time to explain how the system worked. Been using Haven for about 6 months and have been very pleased.

Reached out for an estimate on an older home that needed duct work. Jake the technician that came out thoroughly investigated what was going on in the home with pictures and videos and gave options on how work could and would be done in the home. The company itself wants to stand by everything they do, very much appreciate the honesty and work given.
