It's still a convenient and consistent place to get a car washed and a new favorite for many customers who appreciate the quality of care their cars receive.
Came in on September 17th @ 8:53 am and the serviceman, Luis, who assisted me with the car wash services and membership was SO kind and helpful! First time coming here but I will definitely be coming back. Great hire!
I had a monthly pass with googie but they are under new management as of my last visit. I expected that I would have to request for a refund with googie because I was charged for the monthly pass. But as I pulled, one of the workers clearly communicated that some of the monthly passes were transferred. After less than a minute, the worker came back and let me know that my pass was still attached to my plate number. Please be patient with these employees!! They're working through the transition as well and they're doing their best. The only problem I have is that my plate number isn't read off so an employee has to scan their ID every time and put in my plate number manually. Besides this, it's still a convenient and consistent place to get my car washed.
Great customer service. I signed up through their website Googie car wash, but they since changed ownership and is now called Big Wave Car wash. The managers were very professional and still honored my free car wash because I signed up one month prior. I will return when I'm around the way. THANK YOU! BIG WAVE CAR WASH!
