8-2-22 I just want to take a moment and recognize Dr Merlín Sonny she is an outstanding Physician I met with her today due to some medical issues that I was experiencing but Dr Sonny went beyond the call of duty she listened to my problems and was very understanding and concerned for my care she is an asset to Gateway Medical Center,Kudos to her entire staff for the treatment I received she made my HMO look like a PPO Dr Sonny thank you so much for your kindness and your concern for my health. Very friendly service, less than a hour wait.This the check in desk. Very clean facility. Warm wonderful staff, helpful and knowledgeable Went in today 9/19/2022 because of swelling around the left knee. The wait for urgent care was around 1 hour, very fast to me. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you guys.

Today August 2,2022 I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Merlin Sonny for some medical issues that I was having from the time I walked in the nurse treated me in a pleasant way as she took my vitals,but when I met with Dr Sonny I couldn't believe it she was understanding and listened to all my concerns and worries I had but her demeanor was very professional and caring she went out of her way to make sure that I would get the best possible treatment she Exemplifies what a Physician is so Kudos to all the staff from the time I checked in, I really wish That she can be my PCP once again thank You Dr Sonny.
