Five stars. I gave them a call at 6:30 am. Spoke with Bert and he scheduled someone to arrive at my residence by 8:30 am. Scott and Eli came out, we're quick and friendly, and helpful in responding to questions. They were quick and cleaned up, and finished in about 30 minutes. Great work, Scott, Eli and Bert!
I have been using First Option Plumbing exclusively for a few years now. They have done around 10 jobs between my work and home ranging from simple unclogging of drains to replacing major components. They are always responsive. Follow through and communication are excellent. The guys they send are knowledgeable and professional. It's nice to have a consistent dependable experience. I cannot recommend First Option highly enough!
I am very happy with Bert. He fixed our faucets today and helped us with our dishwasher- to make sure it is working. He is on time for the appt, answers the phone when I call, he gave me a better deal than the other companies out there & went above and beyond what was needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you to FIRST OPTION PLUMBING... You guys are AWESOME!!!
