I made an appointment with them and they were a no show. Its crazy too because you even receive a reminder from them it all seemed professionaI at first. Later on I receive a call regarding the appointment but i couldnt pick up so they left a voicemail saying they had a emergency and offering me a better deal. I return their call to accept the deal and voicemail again so i leave a voicemail and now i havent heard from them... i guess they dont value every customer unfortunely.**UPDATE** I got a call back from them and they took care of me they had me go in to there physical location upgraded me to the mini detail for $45 I went in and they did a okay job the only reason i say that is because they were smudges left in obvious areas and they did a bad job on vaccuming i found crumbs everywhere. For the hand wax application it was bad i found wax still noticeable all over the car it wasnt applied correctly. The windows were bad didnt even look like they bothered to clean them. Idk if they didnt care because I paid $45. Well I return NOPE... my search continues. Thank you Sam.

They helped me sell my Ford Edge for top dollar. They came to my home and detailed the car in my condo parking space. Professional and efficient, they brought everything they required with them in a professional vehicle. Great job!! Really nice young men. If in doubt, contact them!!!

The ECW mobile team came by our office to wash and detail all of our vans and cars. Excellent service and very nice staff! They were very thorough and made everyone's car sparkling clean inside and out. Our company vans and cars looked brand new and smelled wonderful after. Thank you ECW for your amazing service!
