To say Dr. Tara is a healer is an understatement!! When I leave her office I feel like I had a full weeks of good sleep! Whatever she does when she treats me feels like I’ve had a massage, chiropractic adjustment and therapy all at once. I can’t explain it you just have to try it for yourself. I totally recommend her!

She did NSA on me and it made such a difference, especially with the tension I was having in my jaw. Her approach was gentle yet so effective, and I felt a huge release after the session.
