As a first time renter, we decided on this property not only because of the amazing amenities, but it was the staff that won us over. They are so welcoming and inviting. They made the whole process so seamless and if there is ever anything we need taken care of they are right on it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Best staff, cleanest apartments, and easiest area. Erica, Quintin, and Wendy are the most amazing!

We have been living here at Parallel for over a year and it has been a very pleasant experience. All the staff including Quintin, Wendy, and Manager Eric are amazing! They really care for their tenants and are very responsive. I would highly recommend for those of you who are looking to live at a clean, modern, and family friendly apartment.

4th year here, definitely the good and the bad. However, over the last year, definitely more good than bad for sure. Definitely appreciate the staff here from the Property Manager, the Maintenance team, and the cleaning staff are awesome. Will stay here as long as we need to, great location, great apartment. Highly recommend for the Platinum Triangle area in Southern Anaheim. Go Angels! Go Ducks! still love the Disneyland fireworks and the nightly police sirens as well. Only wish the DJ dude (3rd or 5th floor) stops practicing every night at 11pm-1am.
