Sean MacDonald came out within an hour of my call to diagnose a leak from the bathtub. Sean quickly identified the problem, fixed it right away, and didn't charge for any unnecessary work. Sean was friendly and professional. It's work like this that creates raving fans--I will work with Done-Rite for my future plumbing needs and refer Sean to friends and neighbors.
10/10 Recommend using this company! Their service was excellent, very fast, and pricing was very reasonable. Never did I feel like they were racking up the bill or taking advantage of us in our time of need. They were a breath of fresh air compared to many service people we have used in the past. My family and I have been in Tustin for nearly 30 years. Thankfully, we haven't had too many plumbing issues but we have had Done-Rite out to the house a few times and they're great! Anthony had to come out this week to unclog a toilet, I wasn't able to clear on my own. Fast, friendly, reasonable and on time...what more could you ask. Thanks DR!
