“I could genuinely not say enough great things about Dr. Hick and his staff. Today, I brought my 7-year old in with me for a dual appointment. My 5-year old also tagged along. The staff brought coloring supplies out which made them so happy! Dr. Hick was incredible with the kids. He had multiple tricks up his sleeve! He was incredibly kind and made them feel more than comfortable. In addition, he also took care of my skin care issues without a hiccup. I can't recommend him and this office more. “Cannot recommend Dr. Nino's office enough! I was referred to her by another dermatologist who was confident Dr. Nino would be able to help me with a benign cyst that had become inflamed and painful. I had an HMO at the time and had to wait for the referral to be approved, so by the time I saw Dr. Nino, the issue had resolved due to an injection and antibiotics from the original dermatologist. Dr. Nino nevertheless came up with a plan of action should the problem arise again, even providing an antibiotic prescription to have on hand just in case. Fast forward a little over a year, and unfortunately the problem returned. Dr. Nino's office staff were so kind and, understanding the matter was urgent, they were able to get me in within a few days due to a cancellation. Dr. Nino was again thorough and patient. She recalled my previous visit and reviewed my options for treatment. I was apprehensive and concerned about any treatment that would be painful, and Dr. Nino helped guide me to the best plan of action without making me feel pressured (spoiler alert: it was the most painful of the options). Despite this, the procedure was quick and Dr. Nino put me at ease. She treated me in office on Friday and I was feeling much better throughout the weekend. Dr. Nino also gave me the option to return every day the following week to have a nurse clean and re-bandage the incision. I saw Sarah each day, and she was so pleasant, thorough and gentle. The front office staff were friendly upon check-in, and I was in and out of the office very quickly. Dr. Nino also popped in to see me before the weekend to ensure that everything was healing properly. I so appreciate the attentive care I received from Dr. Nino's office and highly recommend her and her team.“

“I have been going to a Exceptional Dermatology Care, since I was a sophomore in high school. Dr. Amy Nguyen is the best, because for one she is so kind and two She's understanding of my concerns with my sensitive skin. I have gone through so much from acne to hyperhidrosis, and she has been there to help me through all of it. They prescribe you was best for yourself and let you know what you could experience with it and how it can help you for you to understand whether it can benefit you or not. They work well in most insurances, which I am appreciative of as well as having a really clean medical office which I appreciate. The receptionist as well, are also so kind. Everyone there has a great personality and is very welcoming once you come through the doors to help you with whatever you need.“

“I was pleasantly surprised with our visit, after reading several of the negative reviews. I took off one star for having to wait half an hour, but it sounds like that's the norm for them. All of the front desk folks were really nice. Dr. Nguyen's nurse was lovely. She did ask questions quite rapid fire, but it never felt like she was doing so out of impatience. She's just a fast talker. Dr. Nguyen came in soon after the nurse was finished getting all the medical questions answered. He's a very positive guy and my 17 year old son felt very comfortable with him, as did I. We got a prescription for his acne, and Dr. Nguyen explained everything clearly, including what to expect. We made our follow up appointment and we were done. Simple. I'm happy with this place, but I do agree with a few others that their waiting areas aren't quite large enough, and you should expect to wait at least a half an hour past your appointment time to be seen.“

I met Annie and she gave me great customer service. When I was taken to a room by Annie, very quick I met Veronica who went inside the room who cared about my health and took care of all my health information. I came to cauterize my cherry angiomas with Dr Baugh who made me feel comfortable. I liked how the Dr and staff treated me. They were very professional.
