Crystal pools is a definite 5-star rating. Crystal pools did a complete rebuild of my large 40-year-old pool - re-pipe and replaster - they pulled everything out and replaced all the pool plumbing with new PCV - it looked like spaghetti. They helped us redesign key areas of the pool with modern lighting and in water Baja-shelf, new in water love seats and moving skimmers to where they needed to be - it was a TOTAL rebuild. We now have 40-year-old pool that looks like something out of Architectural Digest - it's more than I ever imaged. The workers were great - on time every day. Jim O'Donnell, the Project Manager and key designer (at least with us) was on site everyday supervising and checking progress. Jim was always responsive with every phone call and text message. He was on time for every meeting. He is dedicated and engaged making sure I was completely understanding the project details and what was happening. I would recommend Crystal pools to anyone.
