This guy was super nice! I needed some remnants to repair a few holes and was willing to pay. He showed me what he had in leftover and samples, found one that closely matches mine and didn't charge me a cent. We talked for a few minutes and said that he donates a lot of his unused supplies to schools and whoever. If I ever need some real work, he'll be the first person I call.

I had a great experience working with best carpet warehouse! I have used them for years: bought carpet remnant that was bound into a rug about 10 years ago, lvp that matched existing flooring I had 4 years ago and most recently wall to wall carpet and installation. There was a manufacturer defect with the carpet and the manufacturer would not stand by they product, but Best carpet was determined to make it right and they did! Dee, the owner was wonderful to work with to resolve the issue. She offered a few different options, one being to completely replace the carpet! This store has the best customer service! They make you feel comfortable, spend time explaining different options. I left feeling happy with my purchase. They have flexible scheduling for installation. The prices are reasonable. I would encourage you to check them out!
