Maletti-Belvedere has taken lots of salon money up front and never delivered their furniture or if they did it was very poorly built all over the United States. I have a list of Salon, don't do business with this company.
Working with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my entire move to a new salon. 1. First and foremost, this order was incredibly late, with a delay of months and caused me to have to purchase temporary shampoo bowls and chairs for my opening at significant cost to myself. 2. The chairs have scratched chrome and rust spots. Not the quality I would expect for paying so much. I am disappointed to say the least to wait so long and have them show up like this. Now the burden of having to recycle or dispose of the old bases will be on me as well. 3. As for the shampoo bowls, they did not arrive with all parts and some were broken. I have done everything possible to try and get help from Customer service. My electric shampoo chairs burnt out so quickly even with being closed 10 months for COVID. All 3 chair motors have burnt out!! This is twice I had to replace. The sent Umberto out to replace them with Temporary ones. Those too went out!!! I have no idea where my new Motors are. They were supposed to send them back to have the tested to see if they are faulty. I haven't heard from them since!! It's been 3 months! I feel so Ripped off!! You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. It has affected my business. Clients and Stylist look at me like I don't take care of business.... read full review
