They did a wonderful job with stairs, were easy to work with, keen on getting the extra color, and helped pick out the perfect balusters and installed finishing. They did a good job with the lighting too. Bob did a great job from start to finish and stepped in on a job that was not properly finished and got the job done right without any issues. All expectations were met. BCB Flooring got good skills, they kept the house very clean, best experience ever had.
BCB flooring was excellent to work with. We had a very large job refinishing about 3500 square feet of solid Walnut and lacing in about 1,000 square feet of new walnut planks where tile once stood. The quality of the work was excellent and they were quick to address some issues that arise w the older floors. The laced seams were incredible - you’d have know about them to find them. Claudio Bob was so pleasant and patient, working hard to make sure we were happy with finished color before proceeding and working with me to review the options. As a GC, and building multiple homes with Cloudio at BCB, I can proudly say he's one our favorite subs to work with. Super affordable, and willing to work with you on budgets. Not only does his guys do great install, but if there are any hiccups, or changes needed, they'll get right on top of it and fix it without question. Cloudio will forever get our business, and also is a good man at the core.
BCB Flooring did the staircase and installed wooden floor on the hallway. I could not be happier with the results . The experience was outstanding. Mr. Bob is a man of integrity. He worked hard , honest and with care . He made all the adjustments I requested with pleasure and respect. The quality of work is outstanding. I’m very impressed with his professional skills. I highly recommend him to anyone.
