I became a customer with Cooper H&A, in Dec, 2000. Tom is the Owner and since installation, my Carrier equipment has operated smoothly, with zero issues. June, 2024, my forced air furnace inducer motor decided to stop spinning. I'd probably stop spinning too, after almost 24yrs. Considering all the working parts, the average life of an HVAC system from 2000, might be 15-20yrs. However, my Carrier system has gone above & beyond that and done extremely well... read full review
Called them at 8:15 - tech arrived before 11:00! This is my second experience with AD Cooper, Ronnie was the tech on both calls, and both were great. Would highly recommend this firm.
We are under contract with them for our A/C heating equipment we purchased from them. They come out twice a year and check that my equipment is still working. They call ahead of time to be sure I'm and available. We have been with them for over 15 yrs.
