Great customer service. I'm trying to find a matching tile to very old tile and he was kind enough to recommend another store as he doesn't carry older tile (like most stores).
The tile stores on State College are massive and confusing. I had to try and match an old porcelain tile without a name or manufacturer. Ralph stepped up and gave me the best customer service. He knew his inventory and guided me to a few potential options. Also assisted me with a countertop. So easy!!! What a lifesaver. Thanks Ralph!
There are many tile porcelain marble businesses on State College...... you definitely owe it to yourself to check out American Tile. The service from the sale and design specialist, Brad Lord, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me locate and choose the perfect trim pieces I needed to accentuate my quartz sample. I walked into the OTHER fancy, large design centers, along State College, and no one bothered to even approach me to assist.
