Went in for natural looking highlights and the guy did bulks of highlights starting at my roots I literally cried walking out. I wanted light brown highlights and he did blonde even when he said he wasn't going to do blonde.

Very rude when I approached some guy about hair services .made me feel very uncomfortable when I got denied an appointment without even knowing what was it that I wanted because he said he doesn't work with fantasy colors.

I am speaking from experience that happened years ago and i regret not doing anything about it. I came in to get a haircut and Iwas 13 years old. Three days later after the haircut my scalp was itchy and I told my mom. I got lice from this place. Although this happened a long time ago I still wouldn’t trust going to this hair salon not knowing if they clean hairbrushes properly until this day. Im still upset that this happened. There are other hair salons that you can go to I do recommended going to other salons that are self owned businesses. Look on social media there are amazing hair stylists that do an amazing job.
