The quality of service is excellent. Karen is amazing she helped me out so much, kept me informed and was a pleasure to speak with. she's very knowledgeable. The techs are friend, informative and very professional. I would definitely recommend Air Concepts
Overnight,Thermostat stopped working.
7:30 AM, called Air Concepts for survice.
9:15 AM, technician arrived and isolated problem.
9:45 AM, problem solved.

Very pleased with the service. Air Concepts communicated very well so we knew the status of our job and when the technician could be expected to arrive. The technician (Mark) called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and was able to diagnose our AC issue in just a few minutes. He had a replacement part in his truck, so was able to install it and get our system up and running in just a few more minutes. Thanks to Mark for his expertise. I would recommend Air Concepts to anybody needing repair ( or replacement) of their AC system.
