Jarett recently installed a whole new heat pump system in my tiny, 2nd floor condo, under very challenging conditions: new ductwork in a hot attic, new inside unit installed in a small wall cavity, new outside unit installed right next to neighbor's unit, all in the middle of the Summer. He was the only contractor, out of 13 others, that took the time to look for a better inside unit and he proposed 2 units with 10-year warranties, compared to the vastly inferior, 1-year warranty units, that all other contractors wanted to install. Our office ac system was down and Jarett the owner was able to get to the root of the issue. He did a great job replacing all the duct work and now our ac is running smoothly. He is reliable and honest, and will do his best to save costs on repairs.
