I'm really glad to have found Mike and his company, ACW Construction. They completed a total redo of a leaky top floor patio which sits above a living room below. The estimate provided ended up being the actual cost of the project, no one tried to upsell me, and the work was done quickly and with precision. Most importantly, I supervised much of the work remotely utilizing a lock box for entry, a remotely administered alarm system, and Blink cameras, and my trust was well placed. The crew only ever went to and from the job site and followed my procedures for locking up upon exit. I would absolutely work with ACW and Mike again and would definitely recommend them... read full review

One of the best contractors I've worked with. Professional and high quality work. Everything was explained in detail and some very good suggestions were offered throughout the project. His crew was top notch. Even with a few snags that always happen, Mike was on top of it and had ideas how to work around the issues. Finished the project on time.
