Dr. Culotta saved my eye. I thought I was seeing things but it was black spots on my eye and getting worse. I got a couple of referrals and got bounced around until I landed on Acuity Eye Groups doorstep. Dr Culotta looked at my eye and said you have tears in your retina. We need to fix that right now. He wouldn't let me leave his office until he could fix the tears. After the better part of the day waiting in the office for an authoritarian, the office was closing and Dr. Culotta got on the phone, laid into the insurance company and got an emergency authorization. It was an easy going experience.. my dad concern was spoken out and we were told about his condition in a manner that we will understand.. at the optometry section, he was well accommodated and the 2 gentlemen was nice to him.. very helpful and clear to my dad.. thanks!

First time visit on a Friday afternoon. I was concerned about the full waiting room and people lined up out the door. I was called within 15 minutes of my appointed time, which was reasonable for a doctor's appointment. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable with answering my concerns. I learned that Fridays are the busiest day in that office, so I advise to schedule on a Monday thru Thursday.
