I want to Thank Dr. Jang and his entire staff for the kindness they showed my family and I today.
After the unpleasant experience we had somewhere else last week, it was very hard to hold back tears the moment we walked in the door.
Mary checked us in and I immediately felt like this was the right place to be.
Denise was very thorough, making sure she got ALL the details in regards to what has been going on with my kitty. She could see I was having a very emotional and tough time; and was nothing but patient and kind, for that, I am beyond grateful.

A big shout out to Dr. Jang and his crew. My rescue dog is very skittish and needs someone who is kind and gentle with a lot of patience Dr. Jang knelt down and Brindy was loving the attention. He was wonderful with our rescue dog. After Brindy was done getting her shots and giving blood, Rebecca brought her out to me. Brindy was wagging her tail and wanted to follow Rebecca into the back room area again. This is really a big deal for our shy dog. The girls at the front desk were also very friendly. It was a very positive experience.
