“I want to Thank Dr. Jang and his entire staff for the kindness they showed my family and I today.
After the unpleasant experience we had somewhere else last week, it was very hard to hold back tears the moment we walked in the door.
Mary checked us in and I immediately felt like this was the right place to be.
Denise was very thorough, making sure she got ALL the details in regards to what has been going on with my kitty. She could see I was having a very emotional and tough time; and was nothing but patient and kind, for that, I am beyond grateful.
Dr. Jang is Exactly how a Doctor should be in my opinion. I am so thankful for our entire experience today. Rather than leaving terrified that I wasn't doing enough for my cat, we left hopeful.

“The only place I have taken my furbabies for over 17 yrs. My furdiva will be 11 next month and thus is the only place I will take her for her care. Great prices, staff is super friendly, clinic is always clean, and although I have never left my furbabies overnight, I have seen many being picked up/dropped off. Pet parents seem very pleased and furbabies very content.. I have actually seen staff, with what I assume, are borders, in pet park/area at corner of parking. It is safe for a lil playtime with my furdiva and always clean as well, Always have and always will refer family and friends..“

Took him/her and essentially found out that the bird was sick, liver shrinking, and dying due to its only seed diet that it had been fed prior to me taking over.

Dr. Nemetz did all tests necessary just to rule out other causes and did an excellent job, imho. I left with a ton of knowledge, medication and it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

The bird immediately adopted the pellet diet which was a good sign. Fast forward to today, the Amazon is in a much stronger state than it was before. I'm glad Dr. Nemetz was able to diagnose the root cause and point me in the right direction.“

“This place is a hidden gem in Santa Ana. It is disguised as an old house without a store front, and without any obvious signage. I only took my Maltipoo here because of the reviews that I had read online. There prices are extremely low, so I thought that I would check it out. I was told to park in the back lot and call when I arrive. I was very skeptical to leave my dog because it seemed more like an abandoned house than a dog groomer. A very friendly Hispanic woman came out to greet us, saying she had been there for five years. I asked if I could go inside and check out behind the scenes. After seeing the operation, other well kept dogs waiting in large crates, and another guy who was grooming I decided to leave Sofie. Estimated pick up time was 11/2 hours, and she was ready on time. I was very pleased with how Sofie was groomed. I will be bringing her back.“

“We love the Cat Care Clinic. We've taken our beloved twelve-year-old girl, Spot, here since moving to Orange County a few years ago. They provide great care, transparent pricing, and excellent follow-up. Our cat, Spot, recently had a surgical procedure to rule out a cancer diagnosis. Having had our girl since she was three months old, it was very emotional and scary for my husband and I. We felt so informed and cared for each step of the way: - We were seen right away after calling and describing what we were seeing with our cat - communicated with very clearly about suggestions, procedure, and after-care - received follow-up calls to check on Spot after her procedure. We want to take the best care of our cat that we can into her old age, she's our family, and we rely on the guidance of her vets to help us do that. Not only do the vets at Cat Care Clinic "get it", they take their time to answer all our questions and put us at ease!“

When an issue arose, they contacted me quickly so that I was aware she would need a shorter trim, but not completely shaved off. Our pup was very cute after her cut!
