“I was a first time patient yesterday. Visit with Stella was great. No complaints at all with her. She listened well and seems to have already come up with a good plan for treatment. Very pleased with her.<br><br>Only issue is they require all patients to have their cc info on file at all times. Due to security concerns, I asked if I could have that removed from my profile, and the response from the Dr was a flat no with basically no concern if that would make me reconsider coming back again or not. I guess they have enough patients to not care if they get new ones.“

Dr. Hess has the ability to see past just the symptoms and advocates for preventative care. Ask lots of questions! Lol! “Workers Comp care is excellent and some offices with larger number of patients that they need to process with medical appointment will take an extra hour. Allowing patients opportunity to check in for appointment 15 minutes late due to frequent mid-day traffic incidents is tolerated which will affect wait times.“

“I don't get why so many of the 1 stars are so rough, like the one with an "accidental delivery of food" whose fault is that? Not the workers at Spectrum that's for sure. One talked about a nurse not putting the needle in easily, well sometimes they can't depending on YOUR body. If you have easy to find and access veins it's fine. As for the rest of the review, I doubt they'd charge you twice for a medical procedure so that's kinda sus. The person who talked about having to pay $5000 instead of $4000 sounded like maybe there was an issue with payment and there was probably some confusion. There was more than likely an issue with payment at first and they only received $3000 which they tried making clear to you and you thinking they're lying or something and that you payed in full thought they were trying to stiff you. I worked as an intern packing up the place, and there were no interactions out of the couple hundred I saw where they were doing something like was mentioned in these poor reviews. I'm fact I'd say there were a lot of files where the person or insurance didn't even pay Spectrum what was required, so Spectrum lost thousands to unpaid services. If anything I'd think they're trying to make sure you pay if they ever do have lawyers call you cause they don't want to lose anymore money.“

“This office is permanently closed. Trust me. I worked there and was laid off. Last day was 7/29. Google didn't accept my update but it's closed. The pic I posted shows the office with the name removed from the building one week after closing. CVS closed 36 of 72 Coram branches nationwide.“

“Anything that needs repairs, enhancements, etc. Diego is the person to hire! He came in and help us in a time of need. Our water heater case enclosure was in need of being replaced as it's over 50 years old and many people in this profession declined to work on it, never the less could actually fix it. Diego not only came and gave a very reasonable price but stuccoed the area and helped seal all entry point to ensure that no little critters could find their way in. He even updated the securities of tank and pipes to be in code. The quality of work that Diego does is exceptional.I can't express how much I have been looking for someone that can be honest, knowledgeable and do a quality job. The only regret I have hiring Diego is that I didn't come across him sooner! Thank you, Diego for your professionalism, transparency and consistent communication, and lastly the quality of work!
