“Peter Ellis const. Did a fantastic job removing carpet, tack strip and wall base. Also ceramic floor tile at the entry along with to bathrooms of sheet vinyl. They sent a 3 man crew w/ a 20’ dump trailer. Work was completed with in 6 + hrs. They moved all furniture for the home owner and placed it back. Of course we did some pre cleaning of desks and small items prior to demo. The 3 young men were very polite and supported or needs making this happen.I was very happy with the final results.“
“My Yelp search ultimately led me to Tracy (Trace) Roberts at Electric Empire, whom I hired for a project that I had long imagined doing with the help of a qualified professional. Over a period of three days, Trace and his assistant proceeded to make child’s play of an upgrade that most electricians might have shied away from given the number of special features I was seeking (whole house surge suppression, dedicated lines, noise suppression, ground conditioners and more).
While I had reached out to other good people and received quotes from several companies, only Trace took the time to research the specialty items on my list and to follow up with many good suggestions. When all was complete, my project sailed through inspection with the City of Benicia and the low noise results we achieved in my home confirmed my decision to go with the highly competitive quote I received from Electric Empire. All in all, my experience with Trace was one of professionalism and excellence (from the drywall openings and panel workmanship to the communication and invoicing).
During this time, I got to know Trace as an accomplished electrician and good guy. If he says your special project can be done, you can have faith that it will happen, and exactly as he explains. Therefore, Electric Empire and Trace the man, receive my highest recommendation for integrity and workmanship! By the way, the panel upgrade itself was complete in just one day and power was restored with not a hiccup or glitch to follow. Needless to say, I’m a happy customer and will trust Electric Empire for future electrical needs in my home.“
“I've always had a great experience with Silverado Electric. Their electrician Greg has performed many jobs for us, including new dimmer switches, a replacement circuit breaker box, and an electric car charging station. (The house was built in the 60s so it needs work!) We hope to have Silverado put in a new generator in 2021 and fix some more of our wiring. I always trust them to give us a competitive price and good service.“
“I called Monday morning about my backyard pond and waterfall. It had stopped working overnight. Jeff's son, Nate, said he would try to come by. He was here within two hours. He looked at it, went to his truck to get a tool and fixed it within 10 minutes!! What great, fast service. And, no charge. I will definitely call and use them again.“
“Rickey has completely transformed my house with his amazing work. Over the past 2 years he has upgraded every fixture in literally every room and has done a fantastic job each time. He is punctual, easy to work with, priced very fairly, and FAST! I keep coming back for his work because he is simply the best in my humble opinion. I truly can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Rzn Electric ?Services: General alarm installation“
“Oswaldo and his crew saved the day! My husband and I started to replace our electrical main on our own, but demo revealed it to be a bigger project than we could tackle. With power disconnected and a toddler in the house, we needed this fixed as soon as possible. Oswaldo was excellent from the first phone call. He asked all the right questions, gave a well evaluated quote, and got us taken care of immediately. He gave great guidance for finishing out our project, and not once did I feel embarrassed for having tried to do this ourselves.
I will absolutely use OG Electric for any future needs and would recommend them to anyone! The first photo is how it started, the second photo is how it is now!
(A little stucco work by me, and we'll be finished!)“
“I called Pierce Electric at 10:54 am due to the GFCI outlet in the kitchen suddenly not working. Laura was able to schedule a technician to come out immediately. I was giving a window of 11:30am - 1:30pm. I received a text message at 11:06am advising that James would arrive at 11:30. I also like that a photo of the technician was provided, very nice added piece of security considering all the scamming that's happening in our community. James was on time and very professional, he made sure that I understood the issue and replaced very quickly. I choose this company based on their longevity in the community. I plan on sending a lot of business their way. Thank You Again“
“Terry is a great guy. He did a great job and went above and beyond to resolve our issues. I'd recommend without hesitation!“
“I have infrequently been treated with the respect and knowledgeable serviceI received and most highly recommend checking in with Napa Electric for any electrical need you might have. Here's why. A week or so ago I finally decided to replace a blown bulb in an older vanity fixture. I found that the bulb was not a screw in but had two prongs and was very small. My first thought was to take it to Napa Electric here in Napa. M first visit was on a Friday. I was welcomed by a very friendly lady. She examined the bulb and told me it was a halogen and was unmarked as to wattage and she was hesitant to replace it not knowing same. She then suggested I check the other three bulbs in the fixture to see if one was marked. Away I go to check bulbs. After checking bulbs and removing the fixture from the wall to hopefully findsome info, I found none.On Monday then I took the bad news of no info back to Napa Electric. I then said that possibly replacing all the bulbs with LED's might be good as the halogens burned very hot. I then received a lesson in lumens. Having no knowledge of lumens, I had to ask the lumen output of incandescent bulbs to get a handle on what LED would work for me. (By the way, a 100 watt incandescent puts out 1500 lumens!)We decided on the lumens that might be appropriate and she was able to find four LED's that had what looked like the same prongs as my original halogen. I asked if I might bring these bulbs back if my wife did not like the output.SURPRISE! She said yes which I found unusual as most electrical products in my experience could not be returned. At home again I tried one of the bulbs and, alas, my wife said it was too bright. Even though the bulb lit it failed to click firmly into the receptacle. So here I am on day two no closer to having four working bulbs for my fixture. What to do? Aha, I realized that the single fixture in the shower room was of the same design as the one over the sinks and provided similarlight(lumens). I took it out and it was marked 40 watts.OK. Back to Napa Electric on Tuesday. I was sure that this nice lady had seen enough of me and would have understood if she had chased me out the door with an umbrella. But as before she was intent on helping me as she had before.I told her that the LED's I had bought on trial were too bright and did not click in securely. She looked at my shower room bulb but was unable to verify the 40 watt marking I had seen but took my word for it and was able to provide two 50 watt halogen bulbs and refund me for the LED's and my problem was resolved.Sound like a nightmare? To me it could have been without the friendly knowledgeable diligence of this lady behind the desk at Napa Electric.Mitch W.“
“They were absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful for the work that they did on my house, especially given that commercial work is their main focus, not residential. The owner Richard and Dave and James (who did the actual work on the house), were all professional, kind, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and clearly were not trying to go out of their way to do unnecessary work on my house, unlike two other companies that I had come in to give estimates. They were great people to work with.“
“I recently hired Mike to do a upgrade on a apartment building, was very pleased with his work, would definitely refer him to someone who needs a electrician!“
“Frontline was able to detect our issue without too much drama, and corrected the problem without delay. Very happy with that progress.“
“Scheduled a date in short order to provide the very fair, competitive estimate. Once accepted, scheduled the job within a short window. They were on-time, courteous, expedient/efficient, completed the job at the cost of the estimate, and cleaned up after themselves. NO drywall damage. They did a beautiful job. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again if I have any electrical needs going forward. Thanks for your great work!“
“Great quality work, reasonably priced, and on time. Bret and his English speaking crew actually listen to women! Hung my backyard string lights and wired to a new switch, installed 20 can lights and two fans and touched up the paint in a couple of days. We're moving next year and plan to use them again. Highly recommend ? ? ? ? ?“
“Had a small job. Was able to skip the quote and get to scheduling work. Was able to track the tech to get a better ETA. Lorenzo was fast, professional, and cleaned everything up before leaving.“
