Just like the name implies they are dependable in addition to being reasonable in price, and having great clean workmanship! Rene,the owner went out of his way to accommodate a difficult access problem and schedule. Excellent company to deal with! Richard

We couldn't agree more with the other review - Dependable Septic is not only dependable, they are awesome! After the Napa fires, we had a problem with our wiring serving our septic system. Dependable came out immediately, pumped our tank and referred us to the right people to perform the additional repairs. Don't hesitate to call them for service!

These guys are awesome. We were having a problem with water backing up into our shower and thought "oh no! septic problems!!!" So I called and asked for emergency service, they weren't available that day but the person I spoke with gave me great advice, told me to go open the lids and look to see if there was a clog from the outlet of the house to the solids tank and if so to "just try poking it with a stick" to see if it clears up. Turns out he was *spot on*, solved my problem myself in just a few minutes and saved me and my family a lot of hassle and would have otherwise had to pay good money to others. I now have a great septic company that I'm sure I'll use for all my needs going forward. I asked for a rate to go ahead and have them pump my tanks as they are getting full and his price was lower than a major local competitor. Solid, Honest, Dependable company. Wholly recommend.
