Eric came out and gave a thorough estimate to repair the leak on my roof including photos of my roof showing exactly what was to be done. Marvin and Fernando did an excellent job repairing our roof. They took out the old material and installed new underlayment, flashing, and shingles and also sealed and painted the dormers and up vents on the roof. They even cleaned out the gutters! They showed me photos of the completed work. They left everything cleaner than before. Very courteous and professional. “When the rains hit in 2023 we saw a tremendous amount of water accumulating in our garage. Inside our home we also saw a small leak in the roof and wanted to get that repaired before the California rainy winter began again. Gave Victor a call and he came out that week to inspect and assess our needs. Obviously with the unusual amount of rain there have been many requests for roof repair, so Victor's quote took a couple of weeks to return. His inspection revealed several areas we did not know of...cracked roof tiles and the need to seal up some of the piping on the roof. Within two months of the assessment, Victor had his crew of three responsible and professional men come to repair the areas with tile we had waiting behind our garage. In three hours they were done and explained to me what they had found, and the number of tiles that were needed for replacement. We have used Victor over the 25 years we have lived here and I'm so grateful he is still taking care of the community. “John redid our roof I wanna say about 6 or so years ago. He was recommended to me by my dad, who's tough to please. He did a great job, his pricing was more than fair, and he was quick. The reason I'm leaving the review now though is about our funky, poorly built, unpermitted back room. When he did the rest of the house I asked him to help us insulate that room better, so he put down some kind of foam paneling, covered it with tar paper material, and installed metal flashing all around. After a few summers that tar paper has started to pull back from the flashing, and it's letting water accumulate and leak into the room. I called John intending to pay him to fix it. He wouldn't hear of it and insisted on fixing it for free. He came out so fast as soon as the weather cleared. Then I told him I think we have a rodent problem up there. I'd like to pay him to remove the roof, let me clean out all the mess, and then have him put a proper roof back on. Again he went out of his way to help me find cheaper ways of resolving the problem than having him redo the roof completely (solutions he would in no way benefit from). The man has integrity, and I trust him to help me find the best solutions for whatever my house needs, even if it isn't in his financial interest to do so. You should too!“
