“Gregga Prothero gave me the BEST haircut I've ever had in my life! No exaggeration. She knew exactly what I was trying to explain and envision. I really appreciate that the salon sends out a form to fill out where I could include reference photos and explain what I was going for prior to the haircut. I think that makes the experience a lot better because the stylist and the client have a little bit more understanding prior to when they actually meet for the haircut. I am very loyal to the hairstylist. I've had over the last 20 years and I'm really happy to say that I found Gregga. I live about 90 minutes away and only see him a few times a year. I also only wash and air dry my hair. “I recently came here to get a hair cut and touch up on my balayage. Maria was so welcoming. As soon as you enter, you will notice the super warm and clean environment. I typically have super long thick hair, but it literally felt a pound lighter after my hair cut. Maria is also the coolest person you will meet and she is always asking you on what you think about it. She truly think about you and I definitely have my fair share of horror stories of salon. Some people will cut your hair 5 inches when you really only wanted 2 inches. Maria will show you and ensure you feel comfortable about it. She is amazing!!“

“Traci has that excellence vibe. She's super friendly and communicative over text when scheduling appointments. I asked for a short, low maintenance summer haircut that I could put up into a ponytail because I need to put it up for sports and working out, and Traci delivered. You can tell she's incredibly skilled at what she does and she has a great eye for style. Two things I thought that made her stand out to me from other stylists is 1) she is honest about what she thinks will work and what won't and gives her best, most helpful opinion to ensure that the result is something that will work for you (some stylists will just let you do something to your hair that won't necessarily look good on you and just go with it), so ask for her opinion because it is valuable and 2) she spends extra time making sure your haircut is just perfect - which illustrates her dedication to excellence. He gives the best haircuts I have had in all my decades. My wife is very happy with his coloring, cutting, and styling. He left for a few years to care for his aging parents. But now he is back and is as good as ever. Like his Arcadia shop, his new shop in Monrovia is nicely situated, very clean, and tastefully decorated. Allen is a gentleman and really enjoyable company.
