I'm emotional writing this review! Why? Because customer service/communication like this is almost non existent! Natalie was warm and communicable on every level. I brought her 3 comforters that I spent a little 🤑 on that had been sitting in a bag for I know we'll over 2 years (🙄 I know). I said do what you can🤷🏾♀️ She went above and beyond✨️ She called me to let me know the additional steps she needed to make and to get my thumbs up. To top it off she offered to drop them off at my home. (a blessing)
This type of service/community is definitely missed. Long story short 10/10 absolutely recommend 👌🏾 👍🏾 👏🏾 🙌🏾 😀

Have been coming here for years. Family owned business and the owners work hard. Excellent customer service. Clothes are done in a timely fashion. We took items with heavy stains from kids and they did a wonderful job with each delicate piece. Also do excellent alterations. They cleaned and boxed my wedding dress quickly and it was perfect. Can't say enough positive things. Check it out for yourself.
