I had my son and dog with me, and was basically wrestling the two just to fill out paper work- not only did she clean up after my dog had a nervous p**** she offered to hold my son while the pup got her shots. Made the process a lot easier for me, it was great service.“

I enjoyed the environment; outside waiting area where a horse was nearby. Today I called for my Yorkie, a first time patient there. They are booking for June, but I mentioned I'm flexible for a cancellation. Mikeala (sp?) was on it and within an hour I had an appointment for this Thursday. Great customer service. My Yorkie isn't an emergency, but she does have a goopy eye I'd like looked at sooner than later (if possible). I appreciated the fact she remembered I was interested.
