My first introduction to JS Collectiv was when I booked an appointment for lash extensions with Jen. Her lashes are well applied and look incredibly natural. Plus, if you are going to lay down for hours it's a HUGE bonus to do so with a lash technician that is fun to talk to and easy to spend time with. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their quality can't be beat. Jen also does hair, and is a color magician! I love seeing her happy clients with beautiful hair leaving the salon.

My next interaction with JS Collectiv was when I booked a PMU appointment with Shannara for eyebrows. I walked in thinking I wanted "combo" brows and after talking my goals over with Shannara she convinced me to go with powder brows instead. I'M OBSESSED. I love my brows so much I booked an appointment for my mother, and also talked my two best friends into getting theirs done. The process is virtually painless, and the result looks very natural. With my brows done, I use a lot less makeup and I've started the process of doing facials with Shannara and using DMK products to clarify my skin so that I feel and look great leaving the house with nothing more than sunscreen and chapstick on my face.“

“This location is very convenient for me because I live right down the street. I haven't had an issue with any staff but was seeing a massage therapist (not going to name drop) but I saw her quite a few times and I like to go later in the day so I can just go home and relax for the rest of the evening so my last massage with said therapist was @8pm & she was nodding off (falling asleep) during our session. It was uncomfortable but after a few seconds she'd start back up again. I'd never had such a thing happen before it was kind of comical. I got through the session and booked again thinking I'll give her another try, we're all human, so I was trying to be understanding. Fast forward to the day of our next session and an hour before they call the reschedule because the therapist had to go home. I was irritated and asked whom they'd recommend for me to see, so I ended up with Danielle. I've seen her now 3/4 times and she's amazing! So long story short book with Danielle if you're looking for a massage therapist who cares and makes me feel comfortable, relaxed, and brand new at the end. I will continue to see her and hopefully follow her wherever she ends up.“
