“We had an exceptional experience with Pacific Glass and Screen. We had a large mirror, several windows and sliding glass doors that needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the sliding doors for a more profit, they helped us to replace the glass and put new rollers on the doors saving us literally thousands from their original bid to replace the doors. Their work was completely integrous! In addition, the replacement of our mirror ended up being a much more complicated project as the mirror wad embedded behind the tile in the bathroom and took three times as long as they expected. They figured out how to not break out the tile, and they had to disassemble the window frame, light and medicine cabinet to complete the job. They didn’t charge us extra from the original bid!! The quality of their work is excellent and the integrity and high caliber of character very rare. I highly recommed this business and give them a 5 star review!!“

Eric really made this happen for us. He is very business oriented and a straight talker. He is realistic, very fair, and an excellent communicator.

We were inexperienced customers and a bit nervous. Eric was okay with that and quickly returned our phone calls, texts, and emails over a three week period. He was always easy to reach and quick with the answers. He guided us around the showroom in Santa Ana, answered all our questions, and agreed to work with us on our tight schedule. They even redirected my gutter downspout 90 degrees to accomodate the new gate so I would not need to do it!
