Mark provided me with outstanding realistic advice and guided me the correct way in approaching bookkeeping as a business owner. A fair recommendation is to at least understand how bookkeeping works for at least 1-2 months before deciding you need to seek a professional. Mark did not exhibit any predatory tactics and genuinely looked out for me, explaining what he thought was best for me during my current stage of opening my business. “I've been using my CPA for my payroll for years. I own a retail shop with about 6 employees. I would get the report on Monday of the pay week, I then calculate the break taken for each employee, import the data to an excel spreadsheet to get the total for each employee. I would then email to my CPA(who did an excellent service, no complaint there). Once I get the paystubs, I would enter the amount to another excel spreadsheet that has to calculate the actual paycheck after various deduction/additions. It's quite a work. Jeff and his team will consolidate all that into a very streamline process that still gives me control. Thanks Jeff!!“
